Tho I don't think they will make any big changes anytime soon, the backlash would be huge and the site would be put at risk, best thing everyone can do is to email them and see what they say.

Its been nearly 30 days since this post started and feel that itch.io need to make a formal statement about this sooner rather than later now seeing some sites are changing there TOS and banning content more.

I think that the itch.io team need to bring transparency and clarification if they are under any pressure to change there TOS because of payment processors seeing Pixiv announced they are restricting PayPal payment for Artists a few days ago. Creators need to know if itch.io is planning to change there TOS or bring in new bans on content anytime soon.

We have seen how much Gumroad has botch the PR side of this, And going radio silence and posting how much they earned while there creators were panic selling did not help, itch.io will lose all its trust its build up over the years over night if they do the same thing.

Edit: So I feel a bit dumb because I now know why I could not get to day 3 because I was picking the wrong relpy options when talking to the characters and not gaining enough affection I should of realized that (With not seeing the route complete icon and the hints at the end) so I deleted my earlier comments.
